I JUST PLACED AN ORDER, WHEN WILL IT ARRIVE?
Yay, congrats on your new SMOAK order! We know you must be excited to get your new goodies in the mail, so we’ll get those right out to you. Packages are sent via USPS. The processing time for orders is generally 3-4 business days. We do our best to get orders out as soon as possible. Delivery time can vary once it’s in the post but generally delivery times within the United States are 3-5 days. (Holiday schedules may vary with USPS.) Thank you for your patience, order, and support.

All SMOAK orders are shipped via USPS within the US.
HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?
Orders are shipped via USPS for a flat rate fee of $5 within the US. We’re adding international shipping soon too! (stay tuned)

Sorry, once an order has been placed we are unable to alter it. All orders are final once placed and processed.
CAN I CHANGE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS AFTER ORDERING?
Very sorry, but we aren’t able to allow address or shipping changes once an order has been placed.
DO YOU OFFER RETURNS OR EXCHANGES?
We hope you absolutely love your new SMOAK goodies! We are committed to offering you the best cosmetics available. We hand pick each item, color, and detail. Please be advised that we cannot accept returns or exchanges due to hygiene and sanitary reasons. Because of this, all sales are final.
WHAT IF MY ORDER IS DAMAGED?
When your order arrives, please inspect the carton for any damage that may have occurred during shipment. It is normal for the shipping carton to show some wear, however, if damage occurred to the items in your shipment, please contact us immediately at email@example.com. Please provide the order number along with your email address and phone number for quick service. To assure prompt resolution, please keep the box, packing materials and the damaged items for inspection by the carrier. Our Customer Care team must be notified of all damaged items within 5 days of receiving your package.
